We have gone through the petition and perused the documents filed with the complaint petition.

In view of the decision of the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India, published in A. I. R. 2010, S. C. 90 in Civil Appeal no. 7687 of 2004 in the matter of General Manager Telecom vs. M. Krishna and another and also judgement of Hon’ble National Commission passed in R. P. no. 1703/2010, the instant case cannot be entertained by this Forum.

The case laws cited by complainant are not applicable here in the context instant case. Hence the case is not maintainable. Thus the petition dated 22/11/2013 by the o.p. is allowed and disposed of.

Hence, the complaint petition stands rejected.
