ORDER

Complaint is allowed. O.P.1 and 2 are directed to refund security deposit of Rs.1,000/- with damages of Rs.1,000/- to the complainant within period of two months from the date of receipt of this order, failing which the amount of Rs.2,000/- shall carry interest @ 18% from such date till payment. O.P.1 and 2 shall pay cost of Rs.500/- to complainant. Send certified copies of this judgement and order to O.P's by RPAD and to the complainant under C.O.P.
