Heard the Ld. Lawyer and perused the materials on record.

In view of the decisions of the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India, published in A.I.R. 2010 S.C. 90 in Civil Appeal no. – 7687 of 2004 in the matter of General Manager, Telecom vs. Mr. Krishnan and another and also judgement of Hon’ble National Commission passed in R.P. no. 1703/2010, the instant case cannot be entertained by this Forum.

Hence the case is not admitted and is rejected.

Complainant is at liberty to agitate the issue before the appropriate Forum on the selfsame cause of action. Plain copy of this order be supplied to the complainant, free of cost.
