Since morning despite several calls none appeared on behalf of complainant. The complainant/AR of complainant has been making several complaints against this Commission before several authorities and recently made a complaint to Hon’ble State Commission on the basis of wrong allegations. In the recent letter to Hon’ble President, State Consumer Dispute Redressal  Commission allegation made that this Commission is prejudice to the complainant.

In these circumstances where complainant is making wrong allegations against this Commission we do not wish to proceed with this complaint, therefore present case be placed before Hon’ble President, State Consumer Dispute Redressal  Commission for onward transmission/ transfer to any other District Commission.

Parties are directed to appear before Hon’ble State Commission on 01.03.2024

 for further necessary actions/directions. Office is directed to send the present complaint case file complete in all respect to Hon’ble State Commission.
