Complainant is absent and no steps ops filed hazira and present.it is seen that the complainant is frequently remaining absence since 13.9.12 and also subvert dates ie on 11.10.12,16.11.12,20.12.12,21.01.13,1.2.13,and 20.2.13.An interim order was passed on 5.7.12 directing the Ops to release the seized vehicle of the complainant OR09P9531 on receipt of Rs 1,00,000/- with charges and further it is evident from para5 of version copy filed by the Ops that the alleged vehicle has already been released by the Ops.The complainant does not want case forward,The case is dismissed for complainant default.
