ORDER

     Heard. At this stage, vide his separate statement, the complainant has stated that the matter has been amicably settled between the parties and as per settlement, he has received cheque of an amount of Rs.15,000/-. bearing cheque No.002208 dated 03.01.2023 drawn on ICICI Bank in his favour, from OP No.2 through its counsel Sh.Arun Dogra, Advocate towards full and final settlement in the present consumer complaint and hence he does not want to proceed with the present consumer complaint further and prayed that the same may be dismissed as withdrawn being fully satisfied, subject to clearance of aforesaid cheque. In view of the statement made by the complainant, identified by counsel for complainant, the present consumer complaint is dismissed as withdrawn being fully satisfied, subject to realization of aforesaid cheque, photocopy of which has been taken on record.

     Certified copies of this order be sent to the parties free of cost. The file be consigned.
