ORDER

     In view of the separate statement made by Sh.Hoshiar Chand, Counsel for Complainant on 25.08.2023, the matter has been amicably settled between the parties and as per settlement, he has received an amount of Rs.9000/- from OP No.3 through Sh.Sagar Negi, Zonal Technical Engineer, through google pay towards full & final settlement in the present matter. It has been further stated by counsel for complainant that he has transferred the said amount of Rs.9000/- further in the account of the complainant and hence he does not want to proceed with the present consumer complaint further and prayed that the same may be dismissed as withdrawn being fully satisfied. In view of the statement, the present consumer complaint is dismissed as withdrawn being fully satisfied.

     Certified copies of this order be sent to the parties free of cost. The file be consigned.
