The record is put up today on strength of advance petition filed by J.Drs (Tata Motors). The learned counsel for the D.Hr (present petitioner) has seen the memo with consent. Learned counsel for Ops No.-1&3 has filed hazira. The learned counsel for J.Drs has filed draft of 50% of the award amount in favour of the D.Hr in HDFC Bank vide A/C payee draft.

                    The learned counsel for the D.Hrs has filed a memo that J.Dr No.-2 (Samal Motors) has already complied the award on 27.09.2018. Today the D.Hr’s counsel received the draft of J.Drs No.-1&3 by signing the order sheet. He has also mentioned in memo that after receiving the D.D, he is ready to drop the execution case. Since the D.Hr received the decretal amount his memo is accepted and the case is dropped. It need not be put up on the date fixed i.e. on 26/10/2018. The case is closed.
