            Advocate for complainant files a memo to return the complaint and to file the same before the District Consumer Commission as pecuniary jurisdiction lies before the District Commission.

In view of the memo, the complaint is returned to the complainant and liberty is provided to the complainant to file it before the District Commission.

The Court fee paid before this Commission is sufficient to entertain the complaint before the District Consumer Commission and limitation for filing the complaint is extended.
