Contesting parties are absent & taken no steps.The case is on hearing stage.It reveals fromm the previous orders that the complainant his deliberately remained absent from dt 21.4.08 to till date of positively today.It transpires that the complainant is not interested to go ahead with case.However direction was fixed on dt 22.12.08 to the complainant to counsel hearing is the matter.
