(1)       Adv.Ashutosh Marathe files a short reply opposing admission.  It is taken on record.  However, the complainant’s advocate files a pursis seeking withdrawal of the complainant.  Acting upon pursis, she is permitted to withdraw the complaint without any libertly.  Hence, the complaint is dispose off with no order as to costs.
