JUSTICE J. M. MALIK, PRESIDING MEMBER(ORAL)

 

1.      Learned counsel for the petitioner present.  Learned counsel for the petitioner has called into question the stay order granted by the State Commission.  The said order is reproduced as follows:

“Adv. Sachin Jaiswal appeared for appellant.  None present for the Resp. 1.  Adv. Jaiswal submitted he has issued private notice as directed by this Commission and submits that he shall file the copies thereon during the course of day.

Adv. Jaiswal further submitted that, the appellant has already deposited amount of Rs.25000/- while filing the appeal and he is now ready and willing to deposit the balance amount Rs.2000/- as per impugned order within two weeks.  He submits that interim stay may be granted to the impugned order.  Hence interim stay is granted subject to depositing of balance amount of Rs.2000/- within two weeks. 

 

In case of default, the stay shall be vacated without any notice.  Hence adj. Till 16.9.13.”

 

2.      Learned counsel for the petitioner has agreed to move an application for vacation of stay and as prayed by him, learned State Commission is directed to expedite the case and final decision should be passed within three months from the date of receipt of this order.  Copy of this order be given dasti to learned counsel for the petitioner.

3.      The revision petition stands disposed of.
