In the circumstances and in our view, the offer made by OP No. 1 by memo dated 20/11/2014 is just and reasonable and can be made into an order of this Commission. We, therefore, direct OP No. 1, through OP No. 2, or their any other authorized service centre/dealer, to repair the car, remove the dents and paint and refurbish the car and service it and make it completely roadworthy and hand over the same to the Complainant within a period of 45 days. In case the Complainant still refuses to accept the delivery of the car, OP No. 1 is given the option to sell the same to the highest bidder by inviting quotations and credit the sale proceeds to the account of Consumer Welfare Fund. It is not in the interests of either of the parties that the car should be repaired and kept in the custody of OP No. 2, for them to take care of the same indefinitely.

With the above observations and directions we proceed to dispose off the appeal with no order as to cost.
