Complainant is absent without   step.  Opp. party   no-3  is   present   through   ld. counsel.   Today   the case   has  been    fixed for   filing evidence   by the   complainant  , but   as off   now  (4 pm) the complainant   is not turned   up.  It is found  that the   complainant   was absent   without   step  on  9/11/21, 21/1/22, 29/3/22,  1/6/22, 3/8/22 and   13/10/22    .  As   the complainant   has   not filed   his evidence   on affidavit    inspite   of fixing   several   dates, we are of the view   that he is   not interested  to proceed   with his   case.

Hence,  the case is   dismissed   for default.
