The complaint is allowed with following reliefs:

The Opposite Party No. 1 & 3 are Jointly and severally directed and ordered as under:-

To pay compensation of Rs. 50,000/- on account of financial loss, mental tension and agony suffered by complainant; and Rs. 20,000/- as cost of litigation. In case the compensation is not paid after the appeal period is over, the said amount of Rs. 50,000/- will carry interest @ 12% p. a. till its actual payment;
The OP No. 2 is discharged.
