Present:       None for the parties.

                    Case called several times since morning.  It is now 2.35 p.m.  but none appeared on behalf of the parties.  This case was filed by the complainant on 23.01.2012 and since then this case is pending for notice to OP no. 3 but the OP no. 3 could not summoned for want of registered cover and copy of complaint etc.  Despite various adjournments over a period of more than 3 years the complainant has failed to file registered cover and copy of complaint etc. for notice to OP no. 3.  From the perusal of the order sheet it is found that none has appeared on behalf of the parites on various hearings.  No further adjournment is justified in the absence of the parties.   Therefore, the complaint of the complainant is dismissed for non compliance of the order and in default. File be consigned to the record room.
