Seen another Ptn. No. 969 filed for O.P. No. 3, who is a proforma defendent (O.P.) in the case and no relief is sought against it, Since the case is compromised there is no necessity to file W/S by O.P. No. 3. Prayer for further time for filing W/S is rejected. The case is finally disposed of on compromise.
