Complainant not present, Opposite Parties represented. Complainant is irregular in appearance. On 05.11.2014, registered notice issued to the counsel because of his absence to appear before the Forum on 27.11.2014. On 27.11.2014 he appeared and sought time for steps. On 15.12.2014 he was absent and no steps taken, today also he was absent and no steps is seen taken. Hence we opine that it is abuse of process of law. Hence the complaint is dismissed for default with compensatory cost of Rs.500/- (Rupees Five hundred) only to the Opposite parties.
