The application dated 06.07.2017 of the DHR and the written objection there to an taken up today for hearing. Heard the Ld advocate of both sides. Perused the application dated 6.7.17 and the written objection. Perused also the reported decision cited on the side of both parties.

In this case the amended amount together with intended i.e. total sum of Rs.17,049/- this be paid to the DHR by the JDR by issuing cheque and NOC is also handed over to the DHR. So, at this stage the execution court case not to go beyond the document and accordingly the petition dated 6.7.17 is dismissed on contest without cost.

The instant execution case is also disposed off on full and final satisfaction.
