| Final Order / Judgement | All the parties are present today . Opp. party no-1 & 2 side is represented by ld advocate Mr N.C.Das and they filed Cheque no- 192993 dtd. 07/04/16 and Cheque no- 192994 dtd 07/04/16 of amount Rs.1,20,000/- (one lakh twenty thousand ) and Rs.48,786/-(Rupees forty eight thousand seven hundred eighty six only) ,respectively against the compromise they have entered with the complainant outside the forum. The complainant Sri Mary Narzary , who is present today and is identify by ld advocate Mr Nabiul Ahmed, states that the opp. party no- 1& 2 has compromise with her relating to the dispute and they have to pay her Rs. 1,68,086/- (one lakh sixty eight thousand eighty six) and she is willing to accept the amount against her total amount . Accordingly, the joint petition no- 547/16, is allowed and the cheque are handed over to the complainant on being identified by her counsel ld advocate Mr Nabiul Ahmed . In result, the proceeding stands finally disposed of. | |
