It appears that there is a prima facie case of Consumer Disputes in the instant complaint and as such, the same is admitted. Ld.adv for the Ops is present and he files vokalatnama. A petition is filed by the complainant stating that he has received the vehicle from the Ops-2,3,4 and also said vehicle has been handed over to the Op-1 as per compromise in between the parties and no claim is sustained in the matter. it appears that, a petition annexing declaration dt. 05.01.2023 along with other related document was filed for the complainant on 14.08.2023 with the prayer for withdrawal of the case.
