                                                                                                    JUDGMENT

            Proceeding under Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 has been initiated prior to filing of consumer complaint and such final award passed on 27.02.2023 as such the consumer complaint is not maintainable before this Commission as Arbitration proceeding initiated prior to filing of consumer complaint. Hence the consumer complaint is dismissed. No cost.
