Complainant is represented by the Ld. Advocate. Ld. Advocate of the Complainant files an application under 23 Rule 1 of C.P.C. and praying for withdrawal of the Complaint. On the grounds that, there is some typographical mistake and that’s why they praying for withdrawal of this case.

Heard, Ld. Advocate of the complainant. Perused the application which is filed today. Considering all we are of the view that as the Complainant themselves are intending to withdrawal of this case there is no need to proceed this case furthermore.
