Final Order / Judgement

 

         Heard learned counsel for the petitioner on the revision petition.

2.      Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that due to financial problem, the petitioner was in default to pay the dues of the OP for which the vehicle has been seized by the O.P.  This present revision has been filed by the complainant with a prayer to direct the O.P to release the vehicle.

3.      Considered the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the orders dated 30.06.2022 and 15.07.2022 passed by the learned District Commission, Jajpur in CC No. 94 of 2021. Without giving any opinion on the merit of the case, we hereby direct the petitioner to approach the learned District Forum with the petition to release the vehicle and raise all the submissions as made before this Commission before the learned District Commission. After hearing both parties the learned District Commission shall pass appropriate order in accordance with law within a period of 45 days from the date of receipt of this order. The petitioner is directed to produce the copy of this order before the learned District Commission on 16.08.2022 to receive further instruction from it.
