The case record is put up today before the 3^rd National Lok Adalat.

              Learned counsel for the complainant is present and filed a memo stating therein that the dispute between the parties has amicably settled outside the Commission and the complainant does not want to proceed with the case.

               In view of the memo filed by the learned counsel for the complainant the case is dropped/closed.
