Learned counsel for the OP is present and pressing heard for hearing. Complainant is absent on repeated calls and no steps taken from him. On perusal of the record it is found that the complainant is not appearing before this forum for hearing since last many days. Written version already filed from 05/04/2019 and thereafter five adjournments  have been made but complainant is absent. The OP’s counsel submitted that the case has been finalised with the complainant and he has already taken the truck but thereafter intentionally not coming to forum to haras the OPs only by lingering the case.

                     On such circumstances specially as the complainant is remaining absent without any steps it is presumed  that he is no more interested to proceed with the case and adjournment of the case is unnecessary killing of time. So the case is dismissed due to absence/default of the complainant.
