Complainant and opposite party appeared through counsel. The counsel for the opposite party submitted that the termination letter is ready in the concerned branch and the complainant can receive the same from there. The opposite party is directed to issue the termination letter within 7 days. Both parties are agreed. Hence the petition closed as per settlement.
