Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

                    The sole contention of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that there is no District Commission  working at Jajpur due to want of President/Member for which  the revision petition is  filed before this Commission  to pass interim order in   the complaint case No.27/2022 filed at DCDRC,Jajpur.  He submitted that the OP is threatening to seize the vehicle for which he wants urgent imterim order. It has been brought to the knowledge of this Commission that the President of District Commission,Jajpur has joined today. So, learned counsel for the petitioner is requested to move the appropriate interim petition before the learned District Commisssion,Jajpur who will pass  the order today   on the interim petition.

      Therefore, the revision petition is disposed of accordingly with a direction to the learned District Commission,Jajpur to pass appropriate order after hearing the parties.

       Copy of the order be handed over to  the learned counsel for the petitioner  in course of day to produce same before learned District Commission,Jajpur for passing necessary order.
