            Counsel for complainant is absent. Heard Mr. S. Naik counsel for opposite parties, who submitted that the contract i.e. loan account No.5002858799 has already been changed by the complainant. As such the present consumer complaint has became infructous and accordingly consumer complaint is dismissed without any cost.
