The matter is posted today on strength of advance petition filed by the complainant. The Complainant is present in person today and filed a  withdrawal petition  with documents to withdraw the case on dt.27.03.2023.

Complainant files a withdrawal petition at the matter has been settled      Ex-curia. In the petition, complainant stating that he does not want to proceed with the case. Copy of which served to the O.Ps. without any objection. Heard the petition as the complainant is satisfied with the O.Ps. Hence, the complainant dose not want to proceed with the case, this Commission has no hesitation to  allow the petition filed by the complainant.

          Accordingly, the petition  is allowed and the complaint is withdrawn in view of the settlement of claim by O.Ps. and satisfaction of the complainant.

The case is drooped/disposed of accordingly, on the basis of the withdrawal petition filed by the complainant. The pending I.As., if any also stand disposed of.
