ORDER

Case called out. Both the parties and their advocates are absent. The complainant has sent a petition dated 31.08.2009 received on 02.09.2009, requesting to transfer the complaint to Mandya District Forum for the reasons narrated therein. On perusal of the complaint, the grievance of the complainant is that, the dealer has not got the vehicle registered. The dealer is at Mandya. The dealer is not made a party to the present case. Infact, the dealer is a necessary party. Considering the facts and the records, the case shall have to be transfer to Mandya District Forum. This Forum has no power to transfer the case as prayed by the complainant in the application. However, under the circumstances, in the interest of justice, the complaint is returned to the complainant for presentation before the proper Forum. Return the original documents to the complainant that he has produced.
