None is present on behalf of the appellant.

According to office report dated 23.08.2022, registered court notice was issued to the appellant on 12.07.2022, which has been received back in the office with postal endorsement that the recipient is not residing on the address given over the envelope.

Office has further submitted report that the registered court notice was issued to the appellant – complainant on the same address, which was mentioned in the consumer complaint.

It appears that the appellant is not interested in pursuing this appeal.

Accordingly, the appeal is dismissed in default of the appellant.
