Heard the learned counsel for both sides in R.P.No.84/22 which has been filed against the order dated 3.11.2022 passed in C.C.No.138/22.

2.      Learned counsel for the petitioner in R.P.no.80/22 submitted that the order has been passed by this Commission on 14.12.2022  to hear the complaint case on maintainability at first then to hear on merit if the entire pleadings are completed, but same has not been complied so far.

3.      On the other hand, the learned counsel for the O.P  in R.P. no.84/22 submitted that there is already direction for hearing on the maintainability  of the case. That order has not complied  till now. Since  both the revisions arise out of one complaint case, the order passed in RP no. 80/22  is to be complied first.

4.      In R.P.No.80/22, we are not inclined to interfere with the order passed by this Commission. If the order is not complied, the petitioner in first case is directed to proceed with in accordance with law. However,there  is no necessity to pass any order in RP No. 84 of 2022 in view of order in RP No. 80 of 2022.

Revision is disposed of accordingly.
