Seen the petition No.272/21 filed jointly by the complainant and O.P. stating inter alia that both of them mutually agreed that the complainant shall pay a sum of Rs.20,000/- as insurance premium differences against two numbers of vehicles and after receiving Rs.20,000/- from the complainant, the O.P. shall issue no dues clearance certificate (NOC), so that the complainant may transfer the vehicles in their name and hypothecation may be cancelled against those vehicles.

Since both the parties agreed to settle the case amicably, there is no ground to proceed with the case. Accordingly, the case is disposed of on compromise.
