                   Ld. counsel for the complainant made a statement that opposite parties issued appropriate NOC. Thus, the complainant does not want to pursue his complaint further and he withdraws the same. In support of the same, NOC of the vehicle is also placed on record by ld. Counsel for the complainant.

                   In view of the statement made above by ld. Counsel for the complainant, present complaint is hereby dismissed as withdrawn. Copy of this order be supplied to the parties free of cost.

                        File be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
