Complainant   is   absent    without  any   steps.  Opp. party   no-1  &    2    are    present   through    ld.  counsel.    Today   has  been   fixed  for   filing    evidence   on  affidavit    by  the   complainant  / objection    hearing   /  necessary  order. 

We   have    found   that    complainant   was   absent    on   6/2/2023, 15/3/2023   , 11/5/2023 , 28/6/2023 ,  16/8/2023,  27/9/2023   and      28/11/2023.

We   are   of  the   view   that   complainant   is  not   interested   to   proceed    with  his   case   and  accordingly   , case   is   dismissed  for  default.
