                       Learned counsel for the complainant is present & has filed hazira. The memo dt.30/11/2017 filed by the complainant to withdraw the case is taken up.

                     Despite direction Dt. 30/11/2017 and 04/12/2017, the complainant did not furnish steps i.e. R.P. A.D cover to issue notice to the OPs. In the hand the learned counsel has filed the memo to withdrawn the case. In the above premises the prayer is allowed and the case is dropped and dismissed due to not furnish steps and in view of the withdrawal memo. The case is closed.  

Misc case No-48/2017

Complainant’s counsel is present. Though order in the misc case was passed on 26/10/2017 i.e. more than 45 days before but till today the complainant did not furnish for appearance of the OP for which the main case has been dropped and dismissed. As the main case is dismissed this misc case is nonest in the eye of law and automatically dismissed.
