That, this case is posted to-day for further Order.

Complainant present to-day on Dt.18/12/2013, the Complainant has filed a petition stating the grounds therein.

The Complainant submitted that, under the OTS Scheme, the Complainant has paid the entire due amount and both the Parties entered into a compromise out side the court. Therefore, the Complainant prayed to which draw the case as there is no need to proceed further as the Parties have settled their dispute amicably.

Copy served to the Opposite Party.

Perused the petition on Dt.18/12/2013 and Heard the learned Advocate for the Complainant.

Considering the facts and circumstances, we allow the petition.

The case is disposed off as it is being withdrawn.
