Complainant is absent since 29/08/24 and prayer to that he was also absent from 02/02/24 till 12/08/24. Complainant has aslo not complied the order of issuance of notice and filing of postal tracking report dated 02/02/24 which shows that complainant is relectant in this case and he is lost his interest completed in persuing this case. 

                       Hence due to long absent of complainant and non-compliance of order dated 02/02/24 this case is dismissed for default. keep the record in the record room.
