1.     Heard  learned counsel for the  petitioner.

2.     Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the impugned order dated 24.02.2023 passed by the learned District Commission is without any basis  because the learned District Commission has not taken into consideration the complaint petition and the documents filed. Therefore,he submitted to set aside the same.

3.     Considered the submission. Perused the impugned order. It appears from the impugned order that there is no illegality to interfere with it. However, so far the vehicle release is concerned, the learned District Commission is directed to dispose of the complaint case within a period of 45 days from  date of receipt of this order. Learned counsel for the petitioner is directed to appear before the learned District Commission on 03.4.2023  to take further instruction from it.

4.     Revision petition is disposed of accordingly.
