Present :-          None for complainant.

                    Counsel for OP.

                     Complaint is fixed for filing application for amendment of complaint subject to cost of Rs.500/-. Complaint passed over several times since morning. But none put in appearance on behalf of Complainant. It is already 02.30 P.M. No further wait is justified and possible. Complainant was not present on previous date for hearing also. There is none on behalf of complainant to pay conditional costs despite claim. It seems that Complainant is not interested in prosecution of Complaint.

          Therefore, this forum has no option except to struck of right of complainant to prosecute the complaint and right of complainant to prosecute the complaint is struck of. That being so the complaint is dismissed. 

Copy of order be sent to the parties as per rules. File be consigned.
