ORDER

Complaint is allowed as under: O.P.1 and 2 are jointly and severally directed to refund an amount of Rs.1,000/- and pay compensation of Rs.1,000/- to the complainant within two months from the date of receipt of this order with cost of Rs.500/- If O.P's fail to do so the complainant would be entitled to receive interest at the rate of 12% p.s on Td.2,000/- from such date till the amount is paid. Send certified copies of this judgement and order to O.P.2 by RPAD, and to others under C.O.P.
