ORDER

Complaint is allowed as under: O.P.1 and 2 are directed to refund an amount of Rs.500/- and cost of Rs.200/- to the complainant within a period of two months from the date of receipt of this order or give adjustment to the complainant, in the next bill. If O.P. fails to pay such amount as mentioned above, it shall carry interest at the rate of 12% p.a. from such date till repayment.
