       Learned counsel for the complainant at the out-set keeping in view the prayer made in the complaint in regard to the relief clause seeks leave to withdraw the complaint with liberty to file fresh complaint with better particulars and details before the appropriate Forum having pecuniary jurisdiction.

       With the aforesaid liberty the complaint is dismissed as withdrawn.
