ORDER

 

                        The case called out several times but neither the complainant nor anybody else on his behalf has turned up.

                        A perusal of the complaint reveals that the complainant has claimed Rs.20,00,000/- on account of damages, mental tension, agony and torture along with costs of litigation with further interest @ 18% p.a., which is beyond the pecuniary jurisdiction of this Forum. That being so, the complaint is not maintainable here in this Forum. The complaint is accordingly dismissed. However, the complainant would be at liberty to seek remedy before the appropriate Forum or Commission in accordance with law.

                        Copies of this order free of cost be supplied to the parties. The file be consigned.
