Ld. Counsel for petitioner has filed Vakalatnama. Heard learned counsel for petitioner. This revision petition was dismissed in default vide order dated 18.10.2012. Ld. Counsel for petitioner has moved MA No. 974/2012 for restoration of revision petition and submitted that petitioner brother was under treatment in the hospital, subsequently his hips were replaced and in such circumstances petitioner could not appear and revision petition was dismissed in default. M.A. No. 974/2012 is allowed for the reasons mentioned in the application and Order dated 18.10.2012 passed by this Commission in revision petition no. 1906 of 2012 Rajesh Kumar Vs. Tata Enginering & Locomotive Co. Ltd. & Ors. is recalled and revision petition is restored at its original number. Petitioner is directed to remove defects, if not removed so far. Put up before registry on 4.07.2013.
