 [1]    This complaint was lying on sine-die list which was taken out.  Notices were issued to both the parties.  Notice is duly served on the complainant.  However, none is present for the complainant.   Adj.Ajay Pawar is present for the opponent no.1 in pursuance of the notice.  He is present on the instruction of Mr.Ashutosh Marathe-advocate on record.  He has filed letter of authority and vakalatnama on record.  Notices of opponent no.2 and 3 are received back undelivered.   Complainant failed to appear before this Commission without any sufficient reason in spite of receipt of notice.  It is not desirable to prolong the old matter when the complainant is not interested to contest the complaint diligently.  Hence, complaint stands dismissed in default.  No order as to costs.
