At the direction of the District Forum South Mumbai, this application has been moved by the applicant, who is decree holder seeking some clarification.  Adv.Ashutosh Marathe for the non-applicant opposed the said application.  We heard counsels for both the parties.  We are finding that only party in this Misc. Application is judgement debtor (non-applicant in Execution Application) i.e. Telco Ltd.  So direction is binding on Telco Ltd.  As such, there is no requirement of any clarification being given by this Commission.  Order of this Commission in appeal is very clear and as per the order, the District Forum has to proceed with the execution proceedings.  With this observation, application stands rejected.
