COMPLAINT UNDER SEC. 12 OF THE CONSUMER PROTECTION ACT, 1986.

Present:          Complainant in person.

                        Mr.Manpreet Kaur, Adv., for the OP.

 

                       

Today the case was fixed for filing evidence of the complainant. Complainant has tendered his evidence by way of affidavit Annexure C-A alongwith documents Annexure C-1 to C-3 and closed the evidence by a separate statement.

At this stage, counsel for the Op has made a separate statement in which he states that amount of Rs.594/- would be calculated as per second call and if any excess amount is there which has been paid by the complainant, it would be adjusted in his future bill.

Complainant has also made a separate statement in which he states that he accepted the statement made by the counsel for the Op. In view of the statement, he wants to withdraw his present complaint.

 Heard. In view of the statements, the present complaint is hereby dismissed as withdrawn. We order accordingly.

A copy of this order be sent to the parties free of costs and file be consigned to record room after due compliance.
