Both complainant and Ld counsel for OP are present at Lok Adalat held at the premises of this Commission. OP is agreed to pay price of the goods/articles (defective) Rs. 7,559.46/- to the complainant along with litigation cost of Rs. 5,000/-, Total Rs. 12,559.46 round amount Rs. 12,560/-on behalf of the TATA CLIQ. Complainant is also agreed to accept the amount and express willingness to settle the matter before National Lok Adalat held today at our office premises. According the case is settled before this commission amicably and disposed off at Lok Adalat. OP is directed to furnish the amount within one month from the date of this order.
